1.Launch iTunes and connect your iPod with PC by using its USB cable.
2.When it’s recognized, click iPod image icon, and tap on “Backup Now” on the right page to backup iPod music on iTunes.
3.Now pull out iPod from connecting with PC, and connect your iPhone with PC. Click iPhone image icon.
4.Then go to Files--Summary--Music--Sync Music, and it will pop up message “are you want to remove existing music and movies...and sync with this iTunes library?”, now click “Remove and Sync” to send your music from iPod to iPhone.
: it’s an easy way for us to trasnfer iPod music to iPhone via iTunes, but our songs, music files ect may be erased by iPod backup.
Method 2. Transfer Music from iPod Touch to iPhone via iCloud Music Library
With gaining more capabilities, iCloud can help us sync music now. Now we’ll see how to transfer iPod music to iPhone via iCloud music library. But the iPod model should be iPod touch or later, otherwise we couldn’t use this method.
1.Connect your iPod Touch with Wifi, go to Setting--Music, and turn on “iCloud Music Library” button. and do same thing on your iPhone. And we can see similar option in iTunes by going to Preference.
2.Launching iTunes on your PC, go to Account--Purchased, then you can see all songs you have purchased.
3.Also you can check songs that are not in your library by clicking “Not in My Library” option in this page. And you can download all available albums by clicking “Download All” at the right bottom corner.
4.And the songs will be in your iTunes library, and you can sync them to your iPhone refer to method one.
Method 3. Transfer Music from iPod Touch to iPhone via iCloud
Also we can transfer our music from iPod touch to iPhone with iCloud, see below steps.
1.Connect your iPod touch with Wifi, go to Setting--iCloud, log in it with your Apple ID and password.
2.Then turn on iCloud drive and tap on “Backup”, and confirm with “Backup Now”.
3.When finish backup, log in iCloud with same Apple ID and password. Go to Setting--General--Erase All Content and Settings, when all content and settings are erased, go to set up assistant with a hello screen.
4.Swipe to begin set up progress, choose backup files you need, and click “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.
5.Then iPod music will be restored to your iPhone.
