Go to Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Change password on your iPhone or iPad to reset the new password.

Method 2: Reset iCloud Password by Using Email Authentication
Apple provide the email for you to change iCloud password if you have forget the password of iCloud.
1.Open the web browser on your computer and go to
appleid.apple.com.
2.Find and click on “Forget Apple ID or password” at the bottom to start the reset process.
3.Enter your Apple ID and tap “Continue” to go to the next page.
4.Click on “ I need to reset my password” and select “Continue”. Then you will receive the email send from Apple which has the link to do the reset.
5.Click on the link and select “Reset Now” to reset the password.
Method 3: Reset iCloud Password by Answering Security Questions
When you create your Apple ID, apple need you to set some security questions to protect your account. So, if you don’t hope to wait for the email or do not remember the password of email, you could use these security questions to help reset iCloud account.
1.Visit appleid.apple.com as well and select “Forgot Apple ID or password”. Then choose “Answer security questions”
2.Enter the email address associated with the account and answer the security questions as usual to complete the password reset process.
