How to Quickly Save All Pictures from iPhone Messages/iMessages to PC

Part 1: Quickly Save All Pictures with the Messages app


Step 1. Launch the Messages app and tap on the text thread that has the pictures.

Step 2. Tap on Details in the top right corner, scroll down to the Attachments section and press and hold on one of the pictures or videos you'd like to save.

Step 3. Tap on More in the pop-up menu and select all the photos you'd like to save.

Step 4. Tap on Save Images in the bottom left corner to save them to the Photos app.
